Our office in Portugal is expanding and an exciting opportunity has arisen to join SIHOT.Portugal team as a Trainer and Supporter for our hotel management software SIHOT. In this position, you help clients with questions on how to use the software. In this role, it is essential to travel, both nationally and international, for on-site training as well as for sales presentations and demonstrations.


Installation and Training

  • National and international customer service
  • Supporting our sales team during acquisition
  • Software configuration according to the hotels’ requirements
  • Installing SIHOT in hotels nationwide and abroad
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions on -site
  • Testing of new software releases


  • Remote customer support by phone
  • Documenting client issues in our ticketing system
  • Problem solving and handling customer complaints


  • Proven background in the hospitality industry
  • Working experience with our software SIHOT an advantage
  • Motivated, excellent communicator who is an engaging presenter
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent Portuguese and fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Enjoy working in a team, displaying a professional attitude at all times
  • Flexible to work in shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays on a set roster
  • Total availability to travel a definite advantage
