This eliminates the need for manual intervention as well as notes on the door that might be overlooked and the process runs directly within the system.

If the Green Option is enabled for a given day of stay, the room is not included in the cleaning schedule for that day. The room status remains unchanged according to the configuration, and depending on the settings, the room either does not appear on the cleaning list at all or continues to be marked as clean. In the long term, this ensures that both daily operational reports and future forecasts reflect the data accurately and consistently.

The Green Option is directly integrated into the operational workflows of SIHOT.PMS. Forecasts and cleaning schedules are automatically adjusted so that actual cleaning needs are reliably reflected at all times, without the need for additional manual intervention or separate systems.
