Installation and Training
- Look after national and international clients using SIHOT.POS
- Support the Sales team in presentations for prospective clients
- Configure SIHOT.POS according to client requirements
- Install SIHOT.POS on site in Germany and abroad
- Conduct training sessions in Germany and abroad
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
- Enter client issues in our ticketing system, follow up and close tickets as required
- Analyse and report product malfunctions
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Proven record in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, bar or pub) with several years of working experience in F&B or as a IT/Network technician
- Experience in working SIHOT.POS advantageous
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Orderman)
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email, in-person) and excellent client service orientation
- A professional, friendly attitude and team spirit
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
- Willingness to travel nationwide and abroad required
- Fluent German and English language skills (both written and verbal)
