The SIHOT Group looks back on a success story that exemplifies sustainable and technological development in the hospitality sector. The company was initially founded as a software solution designed for campsites. From the very beginning, the aim was to provide a comprehensive, reliable and future-ready representation of operational processes within the hospitality industry. In these early years, the foundations were laid for a consistently modular system architecture that can flexibly adapt to different property sizes and operational requirements.
In the 1990s, SIHOT became an established Property Management System in the German-speaking market with the introduction of a powerful Windows-based solution. At the beginning of the 2000s, the company then systematically expanded its international presence. New locations, web-based applications and centralised systems for hotel chains marked the next stage of development and paved the way for global expansion.
In the years that followed, SIHOT continued to grow beyond Europe and established offices in Brazil, Australia, the United Kingdom, Portugal, India and Austria. At the same time, the portfolio was steadily expanded – from classic PMS functionality and POS solutions to revenue and event management, the Digital Guest Journey and modern interface architectures.
Today, SIHOT is one of the internationally established technology partners for the hospitality industry.
