Installation and Training
- Look after national and international clients using SIHOT
- Supporting the Sales team in presentations for prospective clients
- Install SIHOT at new clients
- Conduct training sessions
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
- Enter client issues in our ticketing system, follow up and close tickets as required
- Analyse and report product malfunctions
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Proven record in the hotel industry with several years of working experience in different positions, preferably with a strong background in Front Office operations
- Experience in working SIHOT advantageous
- Willingness to travel nationwide and abroad required
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email, in-person) and excellent client service orientation with a professional, friendly attitude
- Fluent German and English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
